With this song I wanted to talk about that overwhelming feeling of inevitably growing up and changing and realizing you're becoming a completely different person from what you used to be. During this process, it's important to keep in mind that it's okay to let people who make you doubt yourself go in order to make space for the ones who really care about you and support you and help you grow.
lyrics
I need to be alone
that's why I'm not coming home
I'll spend tomorrow
getting ready like I used to
I haven't been myself in a while
Don't talk to me right now
I never said I'll be alright
there's no way to fix this
and it's getting harder to exist
can anybody see me?
I'll never be
what you want me to be

Wow! Y'all have outdone yourselves on this one. It is pure shoegaze noise bliss. Swirling like I did in my acid days to MBV. It's retro, it's modern, it's disconnect jagged edge. Custom Made In 1968
